Dose log

Fill in one entry each time you use cannabis. It takes a minute. The pattern only shows up when you're consistent, and this is what your clinician will want to see.

Educational, not medical advice. This log is for keeping your own notes. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't replace a conversation with your doctor, nurse practitioner, or pharmacist. It won't suggest a dose or tell you what to take. Talk with your clinician or pharmacist before you start cannabis or change how much you use. Don't drive after using cannabis. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have had psychosis yourself or in your family, talk with your clinician first. Keep cannabis away from kids and pets, and if you think a child ate some, call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222.
Your log lives in your own account or on your own device. Canopy Talks never sees it. Nothing you type here is sent to us or anyone else. There's no account and no login. When you click "Save my log file," your log downloads as a spreadsheet file (CSV) you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Keep that file in your own iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox, and you can open it on any phone or computer. This page also keeps a working copy in this browser until you delete your entries or clear your browser data. On a shared computer, anyone using this browser could see it, so save your file and then delete your entries here.
How to keep your log in your own cloud folder
  1. First time: add an entry, then click "Save my log file." It saves a spreadsheet file (CSV) you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, named with the date, like canopy-talks-dose-log-2026-10-19.csv.
  2. iCloud Drive: on iPhone or iPad, choose "Save to Files," then pick iCloud Drive. On a Mac, move the file from Downloads into iCloud Drive in Finder.
  3. Google Drive: open drive.google.com or the Drive app, tap New, then Upload, and pick the file. If you have Drive for desktop, just move the file into your Google Drive folder.
  4. Dropbox: open the Dropbox app or dropbox.com, tap Upload, and pick the file. If you have the Dropbox desktop app, move the file into your Dropbox folder.
  5. Next time: click "Open my log file" and pick the file from your cloud folder. Add your new entry, then save again. The new file has today's date in its name, so you can delete the older one.

Dose

Drops, puffs, or pieces, plus the mg of THC and CBD. Copy the mg from the label or COA.

How it went

Rate 0 to 10 before, and again once it has fully kicked in. Edibles can take up to 4 hours to reach full effect, so wait the full window before you take more. 0 means none, 10 means the worst.
